Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS)

The Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) provides employees access to trainings and to view information such as Notifications of Personnel Action (SF50s). 

Access TWMS

1. Log into TWMS (https://twms.dc3n.navy.mil/login.asp) with your CAC, using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
2. Click on OK, Proceed to Application, enter your PIN number, click Continue, and then click on No, Continue to what I was doing.
